What is Rasselbock?
Rasselbock is an old German word for jackalope. The jackolope or 'Wolpertinger' as it's called in Germany is a mythical animal of Bavarian folklore described as jackrabbit with antelope horns.
Rasselbock sightings have been witnessed by various reliable and trustworthy sources all of the world. Viva La Jackalope!

We are taking beer serious.
As you might know, us Germans take our beer very serious and it plays a major role in our culture. In certain parts of the country beer is even considered 'food'. All German beers must be brewed according to our 'Reinheitsgebot' (purity law) that permits only water, hops and malts as ingredients.
At Rasselbock we carry 35 German & Belgian beers and are regularly introducing seasonal and special styles.
